Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Shipping methods include Standard (5-7 business days) via International post services or Express (1-2 business days) via DHL or FedEx.

Standard shipping is FREE on all orders above 80€. For orders below 80€ the standard shipping rate is 7.00€

Express shipping rate is 15.00€ on all orders.

We ship to all EU countries and we usually dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. If you need your order as soon as possible, please contact us prior making a purchase and we will try our best to prioritize the shipping of your order.

Please note there is a chance of delays during busy periods (such as Black Friday and Christmas) depending on the post/courier's capacity.

Returns:

Goods purchased online can be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of delivery of the goods to the buyer. When returning goods, the following conditions must be met:

The returned item must be in its original, undamaged packaging.

The item must be undamaged by the buyer. The item must be unused, retaining its original appearance (unblemished labels, protective film, etc.).

The returned item must have the same composition and accessories as the one received by the buyer – any gifts received with the purchase must also be returned.

If the above conditions are met, please send an email to info@nudatelier.com indicating the order number. Upon receiving your request, we will contact you within 2 business days to arrange the details of the return.

The costs of the return are at the expense of the buyer and they would need to provide a tracking number for the parcel containing the goods.

If an item is proven to be faulty and unusable the cost of the return is at Nud Atelier's expense and an exchange or a full refund will be issued to the buyer.
